Here is a pair of painted Porcelain Studs.

They have aqua flowers on a yellow background and are edged in gold.  They measure 2   1/2 cm x 2 cm so are quite large.

How cute are these little buttons!

They have very delicate colours and details and they don’t even cry!   I think that they are porcelain but have a plastic loop shank glued to the back.

This is such a delicate button and only 1   1/2cm in diameter.

The lady’s face is nicely done in soft colours and very appealing.  It is a deep dome shaped button as can easily be seen.

These two buttons come from Russia and are very delicately painted in soft colours.

The painted disc is set into a lovely fine silver rim with a pretty edge.  I have also shown the reverse which is very interesting.

I have just bought these three buttons made by Birchcroft of England.  They are three different iris pictures and are of very good quality.  Their trademark is shown on the back.
