This is a reproduction button card which I bought in a little shop in the Nicholas Building in Melbourne quite a few years ago. It has three old plastic buttons displayed in colours matching the art work of the card so has a nice overall effect. The lady was selling vintage buttons and had them all on reproduction cards and I bought a few mainly because they were nicely presented.
