This group of Beatrix Potter buttons are porcelain and were made by Birchcroft of England.
I enjoy Beatrix Potter’s artwork and it is fun to have these buttons. I have read her life story and saw the film Miss Potter which was a great combination of real life and animation which I found most clever and fascinating.
The first button shows Beatrix herself and the other three are Hunca Munca, Samuel Whiskers and Mrs Tiggy Winkle. I also show the reverse with the Birchcroft Backmark.
