Both of these Metal buttons are combined with Cut Steels. One has five large cut steels set in a circular pattern. The other one has clusters of three cut steels with one larger central one.
LARGE PLASTIC BUTTONS
At 6 cms in diameter these two buttons are very large. They would be for a cloak or coat. The bright brown one is a sew through type. The other one is a mottled greenish brown and has a brass loop shank.
PLASTIC BOW BUTTONS

I have just acquired these Plastic Bow Buttons at an Opp shop in a little town called Meeniyan in Southern Victoria. They were in a $2 jar of buttons so I was very pleased. There were 2 red glass buttons also so I was pretty pleased with that.
LARGE PLASTIC BUTTONS
These three buttons have a real earthy look and feel about them. I believe that they may be Cloak buttons from the 1920’s. They all have a mottled look and one has been carved in a fan like pattern.
GLASS BUTTONS

Here is just a group of Blue Glass Buttons of various designs and sizes. Some have silver lustre and they are mostly a moulded design.
GLASS BUTTONS
These two red glass buttons have been painted with various coloured lines around them. They have a metal four way box shank and measure just under 2 cm.
HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!!
Another year has gone by and I wish everyone a Happy and Healthy one for 2019. May there be many more highs than lows. For all collectors may the hunt be fruitful with many new finds. (Buttons or otherwise) The search is always fun and full of hope. I have always been a Collector of many various objects over the years but now I mainly collect buttons as they don’t take up so much room. So, to all Collectors happy hunting for the New Year.
