Here are three more Ceramic buttons made in South Africa for Incomparable Buttons. Their designs are quite different. The money from their proceeds goes back to the village ladies who have made them.
These two ceramic buttons were handmade by South African village ladies. They were sold under the name Incomparable Buttons and are mainly available in craft shops. They are quite unique.
Here is a new button card which I have just purchased. The buttons were made in China and are a very deep clear plastic. The bottom has been coloured green with some small gold metallic flakes added. It gives a great effect when viewing from the top. They have a metal loop shank.
Here are two beautifully carved mother of pearl buttons. One has three large cut steels in the middle while the other has a scrolly metal trim with four tiny cut steels. They make a nice pair.
