These Metal Picture buttons feature a bird and a twig with flowers. They have a dark brown velvet background which contrasts nicely with the brass.
MOTHER OF PEARL BUTTONS
Here are two carved Mother of Pearl buttons both being sew through type. They are simple in their design but still rather nice. They measure just on 3 1/2cm so are rather large.
STUDIO BUTTON

This Studio button is of Porcelain with I guess a transfer printed portrait of Jackie Kennedy. It is signed on the back by Shirley Shaw from USA. It measures 3 1/2 cm so is quite large.
PORCELAIN BUTTONS
Here are three transfer printed porcelain buttons in an oval shape. Two are floral designs, one with a bird. The other one features two children by the seaside. They have a plastic loop shank attached to the back. They would be more decorative than functional.
METAL BUTTON

This modern metal button in the shape of a heart features a lady’s face in a mauve flower like bonnet. It is quite different but I do not know what type of garment it would suit. Maybe it is just for decorative purposes only.
AUSTRIAN TINIES BUTTONS

These three little buttons are typical Austrian tinies being 1 cm in diameter. They have tan celluloid with brown velvet set in metal with cut steel trim. They have a domed japanned back.
CUT STEEL BUTTONS

Here are six different small buttons with Cut Steel incorporated in their design. They are of various metals and each has a metal loop shank.
GLASS BUTTONS
Here are three modern glass buttons made in Czechoslovakia. They each are of a rich colour and feature a horse in gold lustre. They are quite large at 3 1/2 cm.
METAL PICTURE BUTTON

Here is a metal picture button depicting a tree dividing the button in half. There is a windmill on one side and a building on the other. It measures 2 1/2cm. It is called The Charter Oak Tree.
EDWARDIAN THREAD BUTTONS

These six thread buttons are so fine with their delicate design of criss cross threads. The back is a cover of cotton fabric. They measure just under 2 cm.
